Alyssa Lyons

I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and pursued a bachelor’s degree in sports print journalism at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. During her time at Ohio University, she wrote and developed video for WOUB-TV and Ohio University Athletics, participating as the Ohio Women’s Volleyball and Swimming and Diving beat writer. She is excited to get to work and expand her knowledge of the broadcast industry with an emphasis in sports communication at Newhouse.
