Television, Radio and Film
Teraiz Pitta is from Fresno, California. She grew up playing “every sport possible” until her junior year in high school. She stopped playing when the Head Football Coach at San Joaquin Memorial offered her the position to film all football and soccer games. After graduating from high school, she went on to receive her Associate’s degree in Business Administration and then her Bachelor’s in Multimedia Production from Fresno State. Within that time, she was offered a position with the Internal Video Services Department at Fresno State Athletics in 2012. During her five years working for athletics, she worked on coaches’ film for football, men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball. In addition, she worked as a camera operator, audio technician, replay operator and technical director for live broadcasts of home football and basketball games. She also worked occasional freelance utility jobs with networks such as ESPN, CBS Sports and Time Warner. Her ultimate goal is to become either a producer for a production company or a video coordinator for a collegiate or professional team.
