Tasha Babers
Tasha Babers was born in Lafayette, Indiana and attended high school in Waco, Texas. She pursued a bachelor’s degree in Global Communication at Bowling Green State University with a minor in media relations. During her time at university she wrote and reported local news stories for PBS station WEIU. She also shot and edited promotional material for a non-profit organization called Circuit Riders. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, National Honor Society and Phi Beta Kappa - Recognition of Outstanding Scholarship in Arts and Sciences. After graduation Tasha worked with non-profits on the island of Maui in marketing and event planning through Hope Chapel Maui. Tash has grown up playing and loving sports, and hopes to connect her love of sports with her interest in media as well.
